Taste Of Home Cooking School Tomorrow Night – Entrees

It's almost here!

Tomorrow night, Chef Guy Klinzing with the Taste of Home Cooking School is coming to the Hotel Fredonia to cook up 10 delicious meals.

Last week, we featured the desserts, today, let's take a look at the two entrees he'll be preparing.  

I'm a big fan of Reuben sandwiches, so I'm very intrigued about tasting Taste of Home's Reuben casserole.

There are a thousands of ways to make enchiladas, but as far as I'm concerned, I just want them to be delicious and quick.  So, easy chicken enchiladas should be right up my alley.
