Whataburger Hosting Fundraiser for Lufkin Police Officer

How about some Whataburger for lunch today (Wednesday)?

All three locations of Whataburger in Lufkin are participating in a huge fundraiser for Officer Seth Thompson of the Lufkin Police Department. On Saturday, May 4th, Officer Thompson was working a traffic accident when an oncoming vehicle struck him. Officer Thompson likely saved the life of the man beside him, pushing him out of the way, before being struck by the vehicle. Officer Thompson is currently in the hospital where he is regaining his strength to be able to walk again, and likely will have a long road to recovery ahead.

50% of all sales between 11am-2pm will go to help Officer Thompson. The participating Whataburger stores include the following locations:
