Amber Ludwig, 27, was arrested following a report of a woman smoking crack cocaine in the laundromat and knocking on hotel doors around Holiday Inn and Quality Inn.
When an officer saw Ludwig, she ran into the woods and he chased her. She was taken into custody a short time later. Ludwig had a parole warrant and was found to be in possession of a crack pipe. When officers called it a "crack pipe," she corrected them, saying that it wasn't a crack pipe because she uses it to smoke methamphetamine.
