The heart is an anatomical marvel. It's an electrical and plumbing wonder that pumps life-giving blood to our bodies.

Some parts of the heart include the superior vena cava, atriums, ventricles, and aorta. Do you know specifically where these are located in your heart? When cardiologists place stents in the heart, where do those commonly go?

The answers to those questions could be made quite clear if you were to miniaturize yourself and navigate through a human heart.

St. Luke's Health Memorial in Lufkin and the Heart Institute of East Texas will be hosting its Mega Heart Fair on Friday, February 24 from 10 am - 4 pm at the Pitser Garrison Civic Center in Lufkin. At this event, they will not make your microscopically small, but they will have a massive inflatable heart that you can walk through and identify and answer the questions posed earlier.
