Man Allegedly Offers to Fight Everyone in Lufkin Restaurant

Jerry Fredieu, 29, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication at Applebee's in Lufkin on Sunday night after he attempted to "fight everyone at the restaurant," including off-duty police officers from another town according to witnesses. 

Also Sunday night, Wade Berry, 24, of Lufkin and Joseph Nobles, 25, of Corrigan were arrested for Possession of drug paraphernalia - marijuana and possession of methamphetamine after an officer saw a suspicious vehicle parked at a business after hours near the 1500 block of East Denman.
