Late Sunday afternoon, there was quite the scene at Taqueria Jalisco on Timberland Drive in Lufkin.  According to a Lufkin Police Report, James Hutson, 49, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication after causing this scene.

The man reportedly walked into the restaurant and then fell out kicking and screaming saying he had been shot. When an officer arrived, he found Hutson lying just inside the door still kicking and screaming. The officer found no wounds on Hutson and could not get him to respond to any questions. The officer found a homemade crack pipe where Hutson had been lying.

At the hospital, the officer heard Hutson tell a nurse he had smoked some "Spice" which is K2 and had not been shot but something was shocking him. He told her he sat down on a manhole cover and something started shocking him. He said it did not stop until he made into the restaurant.
