It's Football Season

Even though East Texas is in the midst of a desert-like heat wave, it's time for high school football. That means the KICKS 105 Friday Night Frenzy powered by Badders Law Firm will be kicking off as well.

Every Friday night beginning at 9, we'll be keeping you up to date with the latest scores sponsored by Truss & Son Plumbing. But, the Frenzy is more than reporting the scores, we will also be featuring our 'Tailgate Down' brand of music. Think of it as a combination scoreboard show and pasture party. You'll hear songs from artists like George Strait, Cody Johnson, Band of Heathens, Cody Jinks, and more.

Every Friday night, there are those matchups that draw the most interest. Sometimes, it's a showdown between two highly-rated teams. Other times, it may be a major rivalry, or it could be a rematch of a playoff game from the previous season.

Friday night football just wouldn't be the same without performances by area drill teams and bands. Every week, we will highlight these talented young men and women.

7-7-7 Pick 'em from McWilliams Heating, AC, and Plumbing

Every Friday, we'll select 7 games for you to pick the winner. Anyone correctly picking all seven games will go into a drawing for a night stay at the Moody Gardens Hotel in Galveston along with a family four-pack of tickets. The drawing will be held in mid-November. Try your luck every week to try and enter the drawing multiple times.
